A very good turn out at Palmerston statue together with a police car display

of all their latest vehicles. The weather was fair if somewhat windy. A good pace out to coffee in Downton via Nomansland and Redlynch found us mixing it with a time trial. The Borough cafe was just about deserted when we arrived and we were again well served. The after coffee route took us up to Alderbury before a brief cross country to Farley.

The staff at the Hook and Glove could not have been more welcoming and the service and food were excellent. The afternoon saw us wending our way through the Winterslows,  Tytherley and over the railway line at Frenchmoor.

A great early spring day out.
